Le FAQ del plastimodellismo.

Sezione 9: Informazioni assortite.

This list is by no means comprehensive, or in any particular order. I'm not about to put any sort of rating next to any of these names [I thought about it, it would be nice, but I don't want to be sued]. I've divided this list into two groups: "distributors", eg. places that just sell stuff that someone else manufacturers, and "aftermarket suppliers", eg. companies that produce a niche product of some sort and also sell it mail order. -

The guy that runs the business is also a Park Ranger, so delivery in the summer is spotty (He says this in the price list). I ordered a 1/32 Hasegawa F-86, and a 1/72 MPC Profile Series Lancaster from them, and am completely satisfied. It is an excellent publication containing lots of information not normally available. An annual model competition is held, which in 1994 is part of the Imperial War Museum's Military Vehicle Show at Duxford Airfield, Cambridgeshire, UK on Sunday, 7th August. Cost of annual membership/subscription to Tankette is as follows: 7 Pound Sterling for the UK; 9 Pounds Sterling for Europe and Overseas surface mail; 12 Pounds Sterling for Overseas Airmail.
